Development Process

ICTNS’ streamlined, three-stage Web development process allows us to design, develop and deliver a successful Web site for your small business.

Design

We understand how important it is for the design of your new Web site to accurately reflect your business on the Internet. That is why you will meet directly with our graphic artist to discuss the design of the Web site instead of a salesperson, where often your creative ideas get lost in translation.

Our graphic artist will create and show you the prototype of the design of the Web site. If needed, you can ask for two revisions to the prototype so you are completely satisfied with the design.

Develop

Once the design process is complete, we will use the prototype to create the framework for the Web site and install our content management system, SiteChalk™ 2007, into the Web site along with any other custom applications included in the project.

We do a thorough quality control test of the Web site for performance and compatibility under multiple operating systems and browsers.

Deliver

Once the development phase is complete, we will train you on how to add your content (text & images) to your site using SiteChalk ™ 2007 along with any other custom applications we develop for you.

When you are satisfied with the Web site, we will put it live by moving it from our in-house development server to our in-house live Web server.

We will run one final quality control test to the Web site and start the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process by hand submitting your new Web site to the popular search engines.

The process doesn’t stop here. The Web sites we develop are easily expandable. As you come up with new ideas for your Web site or custom applications that you would like us to develop, ICTNS and your Web site can easily grow and adapt to the needs of your small business.
